We are excited to invite you to Casa de Campo, located in La Romana, Dominican Republic where we will be staying and having our wedding!
The resort offers a range of luxurious accommodations, including villas, suites, and hotel rooms.
It is a 7,000 acre resort and gated community where guests can enjoy a wide array of recreational activities, including water sports, tennis, horseback riding, and shooting. It has 3 golf courses and is home to the PGA golf course, Teeth of the Dog. Casa de Campo is set amidst lush tropical landscapes and features beautiful beaches and 3 pools. It even includes a beach club!
The resort boasts a selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences, from local Dominican cuisine to international specialties. The resort includes a private marina, known as Marina Casa de Campo, where there are beautiful yachts to daydream about!
It is important to mention to all our guests that Casa de Campo Resort & Villas is not the typical All-Inclusive Resort that most people know when they mention Dominican Republic. Every room gets a golf cart to explore the entire complex!
We have secured a room block with a special rate and are holding inventory for all of Ama & Alan’s guests travelling from December 13-16, 2025. A 3 night minimum stay is required to take advantage of the rates.
Casa de Campo would be happy to add additional nights to each guest’s reservation based on preferred travel dates, pending availability. Please keep in mind additional nights outside of the group block dates are subject to availability and rate change.

- Concierge service to assist with reservations and all personal requests (located in hotel lobby or can message them through WhatsApp)

Additional Notes:
- You can either pay as you go or charge everything to the hotel room when ordering food/drinks
- When booking, rooms are “Run of House” – The Hotel confirms rooms; not bedding type, locations, or views
- Maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child / 2 adults and 2 children / 4 adults
- Children are considered 4-12 years old
- Children three years old and under are complimentary when staying with two paying adults (up to 2 children under 3 years old are complimentary)
CASA DE CAMPO ALL-INCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE
- All that the Room Only Experience offers, in addition to:
- Breakfast, lunch, snacks (2) and dinner per person, per day at Resort restaurants listed below (*we ate whenever and whatever amount we wanted at the all-inclusive spots, so it’s basically unlimited food/drink)
- Room service (delivery charge is an extra $5-7)
- Unlimited drinks and house wine by the glass at Resort’s restaurants listed below
- All-inclusive liquors include but not limited to:
- Gin – Tanqueray, Bombay, and Hendricks
- Tequila – Jose Cuervo, Casa Noble, El Jimador, and Patron Silver

- Twenty-five shots of skeet/trap at the shooting center, 1x/per adult during stay
- Unlimited use of the fitness center and tennis courses (personal trainers available for an additional charge)
- Children’s rate includes participation in all age-approved daytime activity programs

VILLAS
If you are interested in booking a villa, they are not included in the group block and are subject to availability at time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The deadline to secure the group rate is September 9, 2025.
Please ensure your room is booked by this date.
Rooms requested and booked after this time will be subject to hotel’s availability and live rates.
50% of total stay including applicable taxes is due at the time of booking your stay.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
365 to 31 days prior to group’s arrival, hotel will refund in full all payment collected at that point.
30 days or less prior to the group’s arrival, full length of stay will be charged.
No refund will be issued on individual bookings at 29 days or less, for early departure and for no-shows, taxes will apply to cancellation fee as per Dominican Republic law.

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
We have secured great rates through our trusted third-party shuttle service, Renny Travel.
Transfers from La Romana (LRM), Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) or Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) to Casa de Campo are available. Please be sure to select your correct arrival airport. Your full flight itinerary (dates, flight numbers) is required to finalize your transfers.
We recommend booking within 45-14 days prior to your arrival to ensure the transportation company has the most up to date flight information in case of changes, etc. Vehicles are subject to availability at time of booking. To book your transfers, please visit the link below.
