We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Below you’ll find everything you need to book your stay and plan your travel for the wedding weekend. Our wedding planning team at The Eventeur will be assisting with guest travel. Please follow the instructions below to ensure your reservation is included and booked under the wedding group, as we have reserved room blocks for your convenience.
Where to Stay
Anusha and Ankoor have reserved room blocks at two hotels within the Mayakoba complex. To access the special group rates, please book using the links provided below. These exclusive rates are available only through these links and are reserved for wedding guests. Rooms are subject to availability and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend securing your accommodations as soon as your attendance is confirmed to guarantee availability. Flights must be booked separately.
Group Travel Dates: November 12-15, 2026
Group Rate Deadline: August 30, 2026
Please confirm your reservation by this date. Rooms booked after August 30th will be subject to availability and current rates, so we recommend booking early to secure your stay. For guests wanting to extend, the special group rates are valid for three days before and three days after the official event dates, from November 9-18, pending hotel availability.
Alila Mayakoba
A luxury beachfront resort offering a more intimate, peaceful setting for the wedding weekend.
Fairmont Mayakoba
A larger resort offering a wider range of room types and amenities. Recommended for families, groups of friends and guests needing more flexible room configurations.
How to Book

Airport Transfers
For a seamless arrival and departure experience, we recommend booking airport transfers in advance. Mayakoba is located in the Riviera Maya, about 30 miles (48 kilometers) south of Cancun.
We have secured preferred rates through our trusted third-party partner, Lomas Travel. Please be sure to select your correct arrival airport at the time of booking. Your full flight itinerary (airline, dates, and flight numbers) will be required to finalize your transfers. We recommend booking your transfers 14 to 45 days prior to arrival to ensure availability and to allow for the most up-to-date flight information in case of any changes.
Important Note: Guests staying at Alila who wish to arrange airport transfers with Lomas Travel using the link below should select Andaz Mayakoba Riviera Maya as their hotel destination. Alila was previously called Andaz, and the services will still drop you off at the correct location.
