  • 3 weeks ago today. The sun had just cooled a bit, sand felt softer than ever, and all the planning/travel had just come to a single moment of quiet climax. 150 guests in white surrounded Karen & Mo as they promised forever to each other. Some of them had crossed the Atlantic, others just had babies...they all showed up! We didn’t hear a single ounce of hesitation from any of them through the booking process. They celebrated (I mean, celebrated) for 7 nights straight, and treated us all like family along the way. After having spent time with these two, I get it! They're the kind of couple who take time out their own life to bring joy to others, and have a whole lotta fun along the way. They always show up! And never with judgement. It is beyond me how they managed to spend time with everyone, and still be present for each other. It is celebrations like these that make me so incredibly thankful for this beautiful career of mine, where I get to meet people like these two.   • For years, I’ve had the utmost pleasure of having @bsimkova as a traveling, mountain climbing, pre-sunrise rising, empanada exploring, language inventing and dancing buddy. We’ve seen magic together! Exhilarating, beautiful, utter magic. Yet our travels together have rarely felt like travel, although we’ve often stood there in absolute awe of the world.
