Mexico and the Dominican Republic are at the heart of what we do, but we also plan select celebrations across the Caribbean and other destinations we know intimately. If you have a location in mind, share it in your inquiry form and we’ll let you know if it’s a fit for The Eventeur and our trusted network.
Ideally, 12–18 months before your preferred date. This allows us to secure your dream venue, room blocks, and key vendors with the best options available. That said, we do quite often take on much shorter timelines and it is definitely a possibility!
Yes we do! The Eventeur combines destination wedding planning and in-house travel management under one roof. We coordinate room blocks, guest bookings, flights, and airport transfers so you don’t have to field travel questions or manage spreadsheets on your own.
To ensure we can deliver the level of experience, design, and logistics The Eventeur is known for, we typically work with couples who have a destination wedding budget that aligns with a multi-day celebration (welcome event, wedding day, and often a farewell gathering).

We love collaborating with our trusted vendor partners, but we’re also happy to explore new creatives when it makes sense for your location and vision. Our priority is building the right team for your wedding, while ensuring everyone can execute seamlessly in a destination environment.

The Eventeur brings destination wedding planning and in-house group travel under one roof, which means your design, logistics, and guest journeys are all handled by the same expert team. Instead of juggling a resort coordinator, a travel agency, and your own spreadsheets, you have one partner advocating for you from the first email to final farewell.
