Payment Schedule
A deposit of $200.00 USD per room is due at time of booking to secure your room and group rate.
The deadline to submit your deposit and secure the group rate is October 16, 2025. Rooms booked after this date will be subject to availability and live rates so book early to avoid disappointment!
Reservations must be secured with a credit card valid up to date of departure. Only one credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.
Partial stay attendees sharing a room are required to stay a minimum of 3 nights.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card used at the time of initial booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received before January 29, 2026** have no penalty.
Cancellations on or after January 30, 2026** will incur $200 penalty. Between 90 – 61 days prior to scheduled arrival, initial deposit is non refundable.
Cancellations on or after March 01, 2026** will incur 50% penalty. Between 60 – 31 days prior to scheduled arrival, 50% of the total room revenue will be in penalty.
Cancellations on or after March 31, 2026 will incur 100% penalty. Between 30 – 0 days prior to scheduled arrival, 100% of the total room revenue will be in fulll penalty.

No shows are non-refundable and will be charged entire stay of confirmed reservation.
Early departures are non-refundable and will be charged for the entire stay of confirmed reservation.
No refunds or modifications permitted within 14 days of the reservation arrival date.
