Located among historic buildings, on a tree-lined street in Colonia Condesa, in Mexico City, the Hotel Condesa DF blends in with the bohemian spirit of its surroundings. From the furniture designed by the Parisian interior designer India Mahdavi, to the stone tiles, Hotel Condesa DF mixes contemporary design in a 1928 French neoclassical building. Modern in style, but at the same time warm, elegant but unpretentious, the 40 rooms and suites were inspired, without sacrificing comfort, by the simplicity of monastic bedrooms. To get the best rates and ensure availability, it is strongly recommended to book within the group block. That way, everyone can stay close together, hang out, and celebrate as a group!

The hotel is happy to accommodate additional nights based on your preferred travel dates, subject to availability at the time of booking. If you need a longer stay than 2 nights, we recommend booking early to ensure availability. Please be aware that rates may vary if bookings are made outside the official group dates. The special group rate is valid for two days before and after April 23-25, 2027. Room categories will be allocated to all guests on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to reserve early to avoid disappointment if wanting a specific category.

Payment Schedule

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is January 23, 2027. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability and subject to new, live rates. Please book early to avoid disappointment!

In order to confirm your reservation, 50% of your total stay will be charged at time of booking with final balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

The initial deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations made after March 23, 2027 – 100% of the total reservation cost is non-refundable.
