Jamie and Mike have secured a special group rate for their guests and are holding inventory at Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas from the dates of November 19, 2026 to Sunday, November 22, 2026. A minimum of 3 nights is required to reserve a room within the group block. Guests must call in to the hotel to reserve their rooms.

For guests wishing to book alternate/extended dates or upgraded room categories outside of the group block dates of November 19-22, 2026; nights/inventory will be subject to availability by the hotel. The group rate is valid for 3 day before and after the group block dates.
The reservations team at the hotel will be happy to request additional nights to each guest’s reservation based on preferred travel dates pending resort’s availability at time of booking. Please let them know the category of preference at time of booking.

Room rates quoted above are subject to applicable occupancy and sales tax, which are currently 20% tax (16% VAT + 4% state tax) but are subject to change. Room rates are also subject to an environmental sanitation tax of $3.86 USD per occupied room, per night. The environmental sanitation tax is subject to change based on the applicable exchange rate. A taxable service charge of 15% (13% service charge + 2% administrative fee) of room rate (plus applicable taxes) will be applied to all reservations.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
The deadline to secure the group rate is Aug 29, 2026. Rooms booked after this date will be subject to availability and live rates so book early to avoid disappointment! Reservations will continue to be accepted for guests joining the group block late.
Please ensure that you let the reservations team know that you are part of Jamie Nelson & Mike Conway’s Wedding so that you receive the group rate and are registered as their guests.
A guarantee on each reservation shall be in the form of an advance deposit for the payment of the first night’s room and tax by a major credit card.
Final payment will be charged by September 21, 2026 to the credit card used at the time of initial booking. Please ensure that you use a credit valid up until your travel dates.
Guests are responsible for 100% Room and Tax for their individual reservation, including pre and post-nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(Per room)
To avoid a charge of one night’s stay (room and tax), cancellations or amendments must be sent to the hotel before Monday, September 7, 2026.
After September 21, 2026, all reservations require full, non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay, including tax. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, no-shows, or early departures.

All guests must contact Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos’ Reservations Department directly to book their rooms and specify that they are part of Jamie Nelson & Mike Conway’s Wedding Group to qualify for the special group rates.
