Jasmine & Sam have secured a special group block rate and are holding inventory for all of their guests at Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort, All Inclusive Hotel in Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta for 3 nights from the dates of April 6-9, 2027.
Our team would be happy to request additional nights to each guest’s reservation based on preferred travel dates pending the resort’s availability and rates. For guests wishing to book alternate dates outside of the room block dates listed above, rates will vary and nights are subject to availability by the hotel.

UPGRADED ROOM CATEGORIES
To receive upgrade pricing options for different room categories not listed above, please reach out to our wedding planning team at info@theeventeur.com with Jasmine and Sam’s Wedding in the subject line with your preferred dates, room category name, full names, ages at time of travel of all guests that will booked in the room with you.
For guests wishing to book upgraded room categories, please note rooms will be subject to availability and rates may vary.
AIRPORT
The closest airport to fly into is the Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) – Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport.
All room reservations booked in Jasmine and Sam’s room block include round trip airport transportation from PVR Airport to Secrets Bahia Mita. Guests will receive a reminder via email closer to departure to submit their flight details/itinerary.
Flights are not included with your group reservation and must be arranged separately.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Full payment is due at time of booking.
The deadline to secure the group rate is November 24, 2026. Inventory is not being held beyond this date.
Rooms booked after this date will be subject to new, higher rates and based on live availability so book early to avoid disappointment!
Final payment for all guest reservations is due by January 21, 2027.

CANCELLATION POLICY
126 days or more prior to arrival date – $100.00 USD per room is non-refundable.
125 – 96 days prior to departure – A penalty of 20% of total stay will apply to any room cancellations or reductions of nights.
95 – 65 days prior to departure – A penalty of 40% of total stay will apply to any room cancellations or reductions of nights.
64 – 0 days prior to departure – Booking is fully non-refundable. Full penalty for any cancellations or reductions.
Any reduction or cancellation of extra nights added outside the group block dates will incur a penalty of 100% of the cost per night once the hotel confirms inventory.
Occupancy changes may be made up to 85 days prior with no penalty.
You may change a guest’s name until 70 days before arrival. After that date, name changes are not permitted.
No reservation changes of any kind can be made within 30 days of arrival.
