Jasmine and Sam have secured a special group rate with Air Canada Vacations for their wedding celebration at Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort, Puerto Vallarta, from April 5-12, 2027. The group package includes a 7-night all-inclusive stay, round-trip flights from Toronto (YYZ), airport transfers, and all applicable taxes and fees. Guests wishing to travel with the group must secure their reservation with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

GROUP BLOCK – PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 CAD per person is due by December 1, 2026 to secure your room and group rate.
FINAL PAYMENT/INSTALLMENTS
Final payment is due by January 25, 2027.
An email reminder and payment form will be sent out closer to the due date for guests to authorize the remaining balance.
If any guest would like to make an installment payment towards their package leading up to the final payment due date, please contact our team at info@theeventeur.com with Jasmine and Sam’s Wedding in the subject line and we will send you a payment authorization form for the amount you would like applied.

45 days and more prior to departure – Initial deposit is non-refundable.
44 to 29 days prior to departure – 50% of total price per passenger is non-refundable.
28 to 0 days prior to departure – 100% of the total price is non-refundable.
MODIFICATION FEES

44 to 29 days prior to departure – $100.00 fee per change

OTHER CHANGES
(Subject to discretion of Air Canada Vacations)
Updated group pricing, taxes, fees, surcharges and promotions will apply to any changes of room category, room occupancy, hotel, gateway, and departure date. No refunds if the new price is lower. In addition, modification fees apply as follows:
45 days and more prior to departure – $50.00 fee per change
44 to 29 days prior to departure – $100.00 fee per change
28 days and less prior to departure – Changes not permitted
- Less than 28 days before travel commences and thereafter, a change to travel date, departure or arrival airport, or hotel is considered a cancellation and full cancellation fees apply.
- *Applies to individual modifications within a confirmed group itinerary.
