Our team has secured a group block and are holding inventory for Jessie & Daniel’s guests at Pensativo House Hotel from October 3-6, 2025. There is a 3 night minimum requirement in order to take advantage of the group rate. Additional nights outside of the group block dates are on request with payment due in full for any additional nights added.
Rooms are available on a first come, first service basis to all guests as inventory is very limited.
For guests wishing to book alternate dates outside of the room block, rates may vary and nights will be subject to availability at time of booking.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of 50% of total stay per room is due by June 25, 2025 to secure your reservation in the group block.
Final payments are due 60 days prior to group’s arrival. (August 3, 2025)
A new payment link will be sent to guests closer to the deadline via email to complete the final payment.
Cancellation Policy
No shows – If you are a no show, 100% of the value of the canceled reservation will be charged, per room.
Reductions in nights will incur full penalty for any additional nights added.
90 days or more prior to departure – Initial deposits are non-refundable.
35 to 0 days prior to departure – Booking is fully non-refundable. All reductions, cancellations, and no-shows are in full penalty.
