For guests wishing to book alternate dates outside of the room block, rates may vary and nights are subject to availability by the hotel.
We would be happy to request additional nights to each guest’s reservation based on preferred travel dates pending resort’s availability and rates.
Important note: As only a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the group rate, we highly recommend booking your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability.

AIRPORT
The closest airport to fly into is Cancun International Airport (CUN).
All room reservations booked in the group block include airport transportation from Cancun International Airport.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Guests must submit their deposits by June 21, 2025 to secure the group rate.
A deposit totaling 50% of your total reservation is required to secure your room.
Final payment is due by September 21, 2025.
Email reminders will be sent out closer to the due date with a new link for guests to authorize the balance.
CANCELLATION POLICY
126 days or more prior to departure – $100.00 per room is non-refundable.
125 – 96 days prior to departure – A penalty of 20% of reservation total based on occupancy will apply to any cancelled room nights/reductions.
95 – 65 days prior to departure – A penalty of 40% of reservation total based on occupancy will apply to any cancelled room nights/reductions.
64 – 0 days prior to departure – Booking is fully non-refundable. Full penalty for any cancellations or reductions.
Occupancy changes may be made up to 65 days prior with no penalty.
No changes of any type are allowed 28 days or less prior to arrival.
