Nelly & Shahab have secured a special group rate package with Air Canada Vacations at Grand Palladium Select Costa Mujeres and are holding inventory for their guests traveling the full week from November 29 to December 6, 2026 departing from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
All rates below are for the one week, all inclusive package from Toronto, inclusive of round trip flights, all inclusive hotel stay, airport transportation, and all applicable taxes.
Please note that there are a limited number of rooms and categories blocked at the group rate. All rooms are subject to availability at time of booking and availability to all wedding guests so please book early to avoid disappointment!
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 CAD per person is due by May 18, 2026 to secure your room and group rate. Anything booked after this is subject to availability and will be requoted at the live rate.

Single occupancy (1 adult in room) – $3798.00 CAD per person, taxes included.
Double occupancy (2 adults sharing room) – $2876.00 CAD per person, taxes included.
Triple occupancy (3 adults sharing room) – $2754.00 CAD per person, taxes included.
Child* (ages 13-17) – $2406.00 CAD per child, taxes included.
Child* (ages 3-12) – $1858.00 CAD per child, taxes included.
Child* (ages 2-2) – $944.00 CAD per child, taxes included.
Infant (ages 0-1) – Complimentary, mandatory taxes due only of $95.00 per infant.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
An initial deposit of $300.00 CAD per person is due by May 18, 2026 to secure your room and group rate. Remaining balances are due by August 31, 2026.
FINAL PAYMENT/INSTALLMENTS
Final payment is due by August 31, 2026.
An email reminder and payment form will be sent out closer to the due date for guests to authorize the remaining balance.

44 to 29 days prior to departure – 50% of total price per passenger is non-refundable.
28 to 0 days prior to departure – 100% of the total price is non-refundable.

60 days and more prior to departure – $100.00 fee per change
59 to 29 days prior to departure – $100.00 fee per change
28 days and less prior to departure – Changes not permitted
NAME CORRECTIONS

.Updated group pricing, taxes, fees, surcharges and promotions will apply to changes of room category, room occupancy, hotel, gateway, and departure date. No refunds if the new price is lower. In addition, modification fees apply as follows:
- 120+ days prior to departure, $100.00 per person. *
- 89 to 60 days prior to departure, $250 per person. *
- 59 to 21 days prior to departure, $350 per person *
- Less than 21 days before travel commences and thereafter, a change to travel date, departure or arrival airport, or hotel is considered a cancellation and full cancellation fees apply. *

Once you have submitted your booking form, please allow 2-4 business days for processing and to receive your payment confirmation and invoice to your email on file.
