Our team has secured a room block at Andaz Hotel in Mexico City and are holding inventory for Priya and Sumedh’s guests travelling from April 18 to 21, 2024. The hotel would be happy to add additional nights to each guest’s reservation based on preferred travel dates, pending availability. Rates are subject to change if you are booking outside of the room block dates. Please note rooms will be available to guests on a first come, first serve basis.
The group rate will be available two (2) nights before and two (2) nights after the official group dates of April 18 to 21, 2024. For stays more than two (2) nights in advance or postponement to the start and end date of the event, the hotel will apply the live rate at time of booking.
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is March 1, 2024.

Singe/Double Occupancy – $219.00 USD per night
Maximum occupancy per room is 3 adults. A charge of $30.00 USD per night, plus taxes, will apply for the third guest in a room.
Please note rates do not include applicable state and local taxes. Currently, the tax rate is 19.5% (subject to change without notice).
The charges for the service of bellboys/butlers and housekeepers is as follows:
Bellboy: $5 USD per room, check-in and check-out. This rate is based on two (2) bags per person.
Housekeepers: $5 USD per night.

City View Suite – European Plan (Room only)

Payment Schedule
At time of reservation, guests will be required to provide a credit card and pay a one night deposit (room rate, taxes and fees) to reserve their room.
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is March 1, 2024. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability and subject to new, live rates.
