Our team has secured a group rate and are holding inventory for all of Rachel & Jacob’s guests travelling from October 18-21, 2023. A three night minimum is required to take advantage of the group rate.
For guests wishing to book alternate dates outside of the room block, rates may vary and nights are subject to availability by the hotel.
Kindly note that we have a limited number of rooms blocked in each category and they are subject to availability at the time of booking on a first come, first serve basis.

Double Occupancy (2 people in a room): $180.00 Per person, per night
Third and Fourth Adult: $118.00 Per person, per night
Child (3-12): $75.00 Per child, per night
*For triple/quadruple occupancy: First two guests pay double rate. Third and forth guests pay triple/quad rate.
Child pricing is based on a child sharing a room with 2 adults. If child is the 2nd passenger in the room, child pricing will not apply and the adult must pay the single occupancy rate.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
A deposit of $100.00 USD per person is due by February 6th, 2023 to secure your room and group rate.
Final payment is due by August 21st, 2023.
CANCELLATION POLICY
(Per person)
More than 120 days prior to departure – Deposit of $100.00 per person is non-refundable.
Within 119 – 90 days prior to departure – $100.00 USD penalty per room.
89 – 46 days prior to departure – $150.00 USD penalty per room.
45 – 0 days prior to departure – No refunds.
