From the historic ruins of the 18th century to the lush gardens of a private estate, Ankeet and Kemberly’s Villa Bokeh Antigua wedding was a breathtaking journey through the heart of Guatemala. Their celebration was a masterclass in blending old-world heritage with modern, high-fashion luxury, creating an immersive experience for their international guests.
The day began with a ceremony at Convento Santa Clara, one of Antigua’s most iconic and storied ruins. Against a backdrop of weathered stone and grand arches, the couple exchanged vows in a setting that felt both ancient and intimate. The juxtaposition of their contemporary style against the historic architecture set a sophisticated tone for the entire event.

Following the ceremony, the celebration moved to the manicured grounds of Villa Bokeh. This Villa Bokeh Antigua wedding reception showcased the property’s signature blend of volcano views and refined architectural detail. Guests were greeted with an atmosphere of effortless elegance, where every design choice—from the minimalist tabletop decor to the intentional lighting—complemented the natural beauty of the Guatemalan highlands.
Planning a Villa Bokeh Antigua wedding allows for a unique play on textures. For Ankeet and Kemberly, we focused on highlighting the estate’s lush greenery while maintaining a polished, editorial aesthetic. The transition from the raw, historic energy of the ruins to the lush, private sanctuary of the Villa provided a narrative arc that kept guests engaged from start to finish.
